Shantaine Sebastian (Born on 10th July! photos taken an hour after birth) is a very valuable piebald colt, as he is homozygous. (Has 1 blue eye) Both sire and dam have been genetically tested as homozygous which means this colt is DEFINATELY homozygous for the coloured gene which means whatever colour the mare is he would be bred to in the future he will always throw 100% colour everytime!!

I hold two certificates from Animal Genetics in Cornwall confirming that both The Kingsbury Kid & Shantaine Sally are positive for Homozygousity. The genetic makeup of both parents as been confirmed as HH. (times that by two) This means that Shantaine Sebastian is homozygous as he has inherited one gene from each which makes his tobiano genetic make up HH. It CANNOT be anything else.
I have submitted a mane sample from him just to confirm but I am correct. His homozygousity is guaranteed in the sale.

He traces right back to Eddie Allcocks Old Black Horse Of Ireland who is the sire of the famous Kingsbury Cob, who is the sire of Kingsbury Girl, who is the mother of Shantaine Sally who is Shantaine Sebastian`s mother. Seb`s sire is The Kingsbury Kid a young up and coming stallion who is by Steel a very well known Gypsy Cob stallion who has recently been exported to Europe.
He has a SUPERB trot and he is classically shaped and is going to have tons of feather like his sire.

Shantaine Cobs are doing very well in the showring with every mare and stallion put through gradings passing everytime with high scores (most recently Shantaine Sophie who passed her BSPA grading with 80%) The successful stallion Shantaine An Sparticus needs to introduction as Rebecca Lock has won many championships with him, and everything entered in the youngstock evaluations has done very well indeed most recently Kassabian who won the Championship.
the newly graded stallion Gracious Lord was also purchased from us.
Shantaine Sebastian`s young sire and dam will both be put through CHAPS & BSPA gradings soon as they are both of excellent quality.
